Giugliano, M.D., Ph.D
A professor of Metabolic Diseases at the Second University of Naples,
Italy, Dr. Giugliano also coordinates the Ph.D. Program in Metabolism
and Aging. His dedication to scientific research won him the Italian Diabetes
Association Award in 1984. In 1995, he was presented the National Ruggero
Il Normanno Prize for medical investigation, followed by the Naples Award
for Medicine and Research in 1998.
